We announced a few days ago that poetry legends Anne Waldman and Nathaniel Tarn have joined as Contributing Editors to Dispatches from the Poetry Wars.

Yesterday, four more widely known figures added their names to our editorial roster:

Michael Basinski, visual poet extraordinaire and longtime Director/curator of the SUNY/Buffalo collection, one the most important American poetry holdings in existence. DPW has become a go-to place for visual work by poets, and Michael will be focusing on helping to build our new “Visual Poetics” section.

Keith Tuma, esteemed critic, poet, and editor, former Sulfur correspondent, and main editor of 20th cent. British poetry for Oxford University Press. Keith will be writing a semi-regular “Noticings from the Field” report for DPW. His first entry, on the AWP conference in Tampa, can be found here.

Margie (MTC) Cronin, totally amazing Australian poet (we will be featuring a portfolio of her work in our June release), will be helping to bring us the news from down under. And much news there is there, indeed.

Norman Finkelstein, tremendous poet and critic, will be writing in from time to time and keeping an eye out for strange things of note.

Dispatches takes a knee, and welcomes them all.
